Be Fruitful 2
Anchor Scripture: “Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away. . . .”
– John 15: 2a
Admonition
Greetings
from the Throne of Grace!
Yesterday, my
Senior Partner, the holy spirit of God, tutored us on what it truly means to be
fruitful in the Kingdom of God; to disciple others into the kingdom, just as
Jesus Christ disciple us therein.
Today, He will teach us how to do
this effectively.
Most often,
we could open our mouth and tell people about the unflinching love of God
towards man that prompted Him to allow Jesus Christ to be the propitiation for
our sins. This becomes more probable because we are in conversation with
people almost all the time.
Another way
we could become fruitful in the Kingdom is through our personal conduct. Philippians
1; 27 admonished us that under whatever condition, we should ensure that our
conversation with people are in consonance with the Gospel of Christ. When we
do this, then, we might draw people into the Kingdom.
Also, the
Bible severally tells us to be of good
works. Then we may wonder what good works are. In Acts 9: 36 -43, the Bible
talks of a woman Tabitha, who died, but was resuscitated, back to life because
of her good works. A study through Galatians 5: 21 – 23 makes a list of the
fruits of the Spirit, which could help us do good works.
As we round
off this morning, brethren, know that you were not saved for yourself if truly
you are. The salvation of the other lost souls around you is your
responsibility if you must FINISH STRONG in and with God.
Till tomorrow when we shall meet again on this beautiful
journey of FINISHING STRONG together, keep keeping on in Him!
